Horrible Customer Service

US Bank complaint by Monica naranjo
I want to complain about the horrible customer service that the Manager Eric Beane is giving in the Usbank located in 540 Van Ness Avenue, an Francisco California 94102.

Today I went to make a transaction in this bank and i had to wait for a long time in the line even though the Manager (Eric Beane) was just sitting there, he didn't even wanted to acknowledge the customer, then instead of helping he just started to make phone calls.

This guy acts very bad and rude.

Somebody needs to teach him how to deal with customers.

what a bad person to work for this company.

Rack the manager who didn't want to assist whiny *** like you. You probably had a deposit,what's the manager supposed to do, move you to the front of the line? Rack Eric!

Based on what you wrote, I'm willing to bet that the real issue here is that you're an overly impatient person who most likely has no clue about the logistics of a business. If there were other details to your story to back up your claim, you should've mentioned them. Instead you only sound like a whiny princess.
