I had an experience wher I had a fraudulent charge on my account. Us Bank saif there was nothing they could do becuse it was a pending transaction and not a charge. The "pending transaction" dropped off my account after a few days. However i was charged 8 o/d fees ant $37 a piece. I requested assistance and US Bank said they would write a letter for me so I could go after the company that placed the pending charge fraudulently. Well guess what noletter and no assistance. # weeks later ia mnow at -$916.00 and they refuse to close the account. The are even charging me daily and charged me for a transfer I had scheduled from my checking to savings. Can you believe it??? They have the worse customer service. I have been into 3 branches and Spent several hours on the phone with customer service. All that has happened as a result of that is more charges!!!! I even asked for a district manager, I was told they do not talk with customers. OMG!!!!
