US BANK Is STEALING My Money

I had a checking account with US Bank. Unauthorized charges were made, fees were applied, I never got my statements properly, would not allow me to close account. They reported my info to credit companies, collection agencies and Chexsystems.
It took two years and the help of outside agencies(BBB, FTC, FDIC and OCC) to even get a response or help from US Bank. Now, they are admitting that the account should never have been negative and I am not responsible.
Account should have been postive $1059.98 at close. They only want to give me $244.00, which I have not seen and was promised a month ago. They admitted to only $602.45 that they are willing to pay, but are STEALING $358.45 of that to pay the collection agency to which they admit I should have never been responsible to.
Lying, cheating, scheming, illegal practices and very poor to no customer service. Very nasty to deal with these people.
