Shipped to wrong address and can't tell me where delivered

My corporate card did not reach me; I called and was told the new card had to be sent to my home. Shipping by UPS - tracked the package after they gave me the tracking number because it wasn't delivered the correct day! Then, I call the next day and they show it delivered. To an address; no street just the city of one of my four offices. They can't even tell me where the package was left. Waste of time and they are derelicts! Then they wanted to cancel yet another card because i didn't receive the first one! Who does that!??? Unbelievable! Their customer service sucks!

US bank was not my original lender. I was very disappointed but i do understand why banks pass loans off to other banks. My life has been pure *** since dealing with US bank. They would always claim that they didn't receive payment by due date even when i had my personal checking acct drafted electronically. They are rude and deceptive. I wish there was a lawsuit i could file. They have charged me so many late fees.

Trying to foreclose on my house

I have sold my house. My husband passed away and was the only one on the mortgage but I am also on title and deed to the home. We took the home as right of survivor ship, so the home is mine.

I have asked for a payoff and so has escrow. They will not talk to me or supply escrow with a payoff demand. I have not been able to afford the home any longer so I haven't been able to pay the payment for the last 2 months.

They are trying to foreclose on my home because it has gone up so much in value they are not willing to work with me or with escrow. I will be talking to my lawyer!

Poor Debit Card Service

I had my U.S. Bank debit card rejected so I went to the bank branch where they told me they could not look it up or help me. They suggested the 1800 number. I called that and was given a message that I would have a 30 min. wait. I was never given any notice about the cancelation and have no way to get this fixed without sitting on the phone for 30 min. That is just not acceptable to me. What good is a card that I cannot depend on and cannot get problems resolved with. And please tell me why the branch cannot contact someone who can help me?

No Notification from USBank

I received an alert from my crediting monitoring service that it was reported that I was over- limit in a credit card acct to my surprise. I had received no notice either by mail or online from US Bank, & there were no messages on the acct stating I was over-limit..

When I checked for my limit, I discovered I was only $1.28 over! They did not even notify me, and I also was not behind on my monthly payment! Of course I was able to then deposit funds on such a low amount into the acct on the same day. Usually when there is not enough money for a credit card the purchase doesn't even go through.

What a way to treat a customer.

I could have easily paid it if they had notified me. Now I have a ding on my credit acct.

Deposited 6 digit check from a local bank into US Bank. Initially told it would be available in two days.

Then bank called and said we would not have access to my money for 5 business days. Today I was told I would not have access to my money for another week. I had an existing account and I opened this new account 10 days before my recent deposit on 9/1/2016. I was told today I could not touch my money until 9/14/2016.

If I knew this whenvi deposited the bank check I would never have opened an account. When I tried to get the issue resolved I was made to feel like I was criminal wanting my own money by your customer service department. No one would make any effort to correct the situation. My only option is to wait your bank out.

I will be asking for cash withdraw of all of my funds due to dishonest conduct of your banking staff in the Mt Pleasant, Iowa branch.

I am within my right to ask for a cash withdrawal. My attorney believes your banks conduct and policies to be fraudulant.

Bad Experienec

My mother passed away on May 17, 2016.I closed her checking account on July 1st, 2016. The most recent SSI deposit was made sometime prior to that. A June 6th deduction from the account was made by automatic deduction. On July 28th the Twain Harte California branch contacted me requesting I return the money I received when the account was closed, plus an additional amount of $21.77 to offset the mentioned automatic deduction. I immediately agreed to return the money but questioned the additional funds that were paid out prior to me submitting the affidavit. The manager was so insistent that the bank recovers the $21.77 from me; I stopped arguing and agreed to pay it. Please understand that the $21 is not the issue here. I spend more than that driving back and forth to the bank to complete this process.

They are sneaky with their leases. They charge 50 bucks to change the payment date and won't change it, the customer service just runs you in circles, the whole experience is a joke.

They won't provide a receipt when you make a payment, they take 30 days to process auto payments, so you have to keep remembering to pay it by hand, they won't put notifications online that you made your payment, they completely suck for leases. Suck.

So the rep tells me she has to put in a request from management to change the old address to new address. Cant get my card mailed to where i live, but said they could send another card to an address i dont live at.

My card is expired and wont send it to my current address! In what sense of reality does this makes sense? Also seems strange that i was getting back child support every 2 to 4 months for 3 years, and now nothing in account for 10 months. This money comes straight from the feds whom my ex is under their jurisdiction.

Think i might have to check with them and see if my money being sent to this bank is being misappropriated to them or someone at the bank. I have NEVER seen such breach of client safety!

I have had nothing but problems! !! I call them and update my address every time i move. And they never change it! Than i called a couple months ago and they said they will send my new card to current address because card expired soon. They sent it to an address i had over 2 years ago! So a criminal can get a hold of my card!!!! They sent me a letter a month ago saying they changed my address to current address. Well called today and they had my current address on account but sent it to the address i had 2 years ago!!!!! For a bank i have NEVER seen such incompetence and unsafe practices im my life!!!! I thought the security of a clients accounts is top priority at banks!!!!! Told the representative to have a manager call me ASAP! HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL!!!! I dont have a US bank in my town or you can bet i would be down their letting everyone know about their lack of security for card holders! Laurie Kannas-Amundson

My mother in law had a car loan with US bank but I made the payments a few weeks ago I got my tax money and paid off the loan. I even received the car tittle from the bank saying car was paid in full.

3 weeks later they decide to take out $230 out of my bank account without my permission because i wasn't on the loan i was just a third party helping pay my mother in laws car. Today Is Saturday they left me with $5 dollars to my name I have a two month old who needs formula and all they can say is wait till Monday to see what we can sort out!!!! I need at least 20 to buy my daughter formula and the manager seemed like it wasn't a problem at all. Then a few months ago they shut down my savings account and took me to collections for an account that was frozen for fraud.

I've called several times and all I get is we're sorry this was a clerical mistake I'll transfer you and I always get transferred to a number that doesn't answer. By far this is the worst company I have EVER EVER dealt with worst part is that they don't give a flying *** to loose a customer all I can do is share my story and hope I can stop as many people as I can from joining their bank

I accepted one of US Bank's interest free checks to pay off another account. I had a $86 outstanding balance on my US Bank card at the time I used their check. I paid off a $4,000 credit card with the US Bank interest free check. Just found out that US Bank has been charging monthly interest on the "interest free" check since I used it back in November. Their justification was that since there was an outstanding balance of $86 at the time I cashed the check, they can legally charge interest during the interest free period as well as the balance transfer fee. I asked to pay the $86 off and they said I could not until the $4,000 was paid in full. I said that was illegal. They said "it's in the fine print". I closed all of my US Bank credit cards. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Sneaky Fees and incompetent customer service to dodge questions

We had a US Bank credit card that we didn't use. Apparently some sort of non-usage fee was applied to it, without notification to us (We weren't looking at online statements because we weren't using it). USBank piled on late fees for 6 months, with no written notice or phone call to us. They finally closed the account (Again, with no notice to us). We only found out about it when we went to apply for a home mortgage and found that my wife's otherwise perfect credit score had been utterly destroyed (went from 800 to 660). When contacting USBank customer service no one could help. They kept referring us to other departments. promised us call backs that never came, etc. Finally we were told to submit a letter via fax explaining the situation and wait 30 days. They wouldn't even acknowledge that the fax was received despite several requests. We finally got a response back 30 days later saying they wouldn't change anything to help. Then they gave the same *** general customer service number that we started with and said to call it if we had any questions. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????

I received a couple 100 dollar gift cards for my wedding. Was in a tight spot and ended up giving one away as a gift to our pastor and his wife because we couldn't afford to go out and buy a gift. Went to use the other one and it wouldn't work. Called customer service to try and figure out why and they basically told me I couldn't use it, never really got a real excuse why. I am embarrassed, I'm guessing the one I gave my pastor and his wife didn't work either but they never mentioned anything. This company is a joke and a disgrace, please stay away from these gift cards!!!!

I had money in my account , made purchase. They did not post it until 3 days later. During that time I made another purchase and they posted that one first which overdrew my account. I understood I needed keep track of my purchases. However, I think they intentionally wait to screw up your balance. I went to branch to see if they can take ONE, just one of the charges because the dates they posted didn't line up. Banker said NO. They just made $72, I wasn't asking for much. I hope you enjoy your $36. I am not a big fish and you don't make a lot of money from me so you don't care if I am a customer. After 12 years of banking with US Bank...I am closing my account!!!

Us bank closed my accounts with no notice and my accounts were not overdrawn and i had a paycheck that was suppose to be direct deposited that day in my account .now my paycheck is somewhere in cyberspace and the clueless and nasty branch manager could give no valid reason for the accounts closed ...this bank is in st germain wi and the nasty branch managers name is gayle ...i think us bank should be careful of who they put in charge of their branches ...
