Tracking number for delivery of card
US Bank shipped my debit card to me without a tracking number as promised, my card didn't show up on day they said it would. Don't want to close out card, because it might show up tomorrow. Which is better than waiting another 10 days for a replacement that I won't be able to track. It's 2022 what corporation doesn't offer tracking on there product, especially an unemployment benefits debit card.
User's recommendation: Ask that they please offer some type of tracking.

They disabled by login in tells me to call a number so I did and the woman was THE WORST. Claims she was trying to help me but she was not able to which is fine but she was SUPER rude. I have several credit cards, sorry if I have no clue what the max limit is on each card. Sorry if I can't tell you exactly when and how much i paid or when I last used the card. I have been with the company for close to 20 years and this is how you treat a client. I already gave you my SSN, why not ask me my last address phone number, current address. Things that are more relevant. Oh and she claimed with a very sarcastic tone she "loved her job" eye-roll.
