Deposit problem

I made a deposit from my coinbase account to my US Bank account 2 hours ago I made another appointment shortly thereafter They show completed by Coinbase the money has been sent It's been arrived at US Bank but US Bank has not credited it It has been 2 hours

User's recommendation: Deposits do not show up in a timely fashion transactions often do not occur in a timely fashion It is very difficult to know where you are with your balance and if ever you have a mistake rest assured they will charge you the maximum amount of overdraft fees.

Just show my deposits and other transactions in a timely fashion there shouldn't be this kind of delay when things are done electronically

Need a new card

I didn't have a complaint just needed A new card It was handled correctly thank you super easy to do. They were very helpful and listened to my needs.

Update: 06/25/2021

Just adding on what just happened with my account on 06/24/2021. As my account is still in the process of closure, US Bank advised me that I will not be able to withdrawal any money nor will I be able to deposit any money.... but guess what? My lender MADE AN ACH payment into my account for $16,285 and guess what happened? US Bank accepted the payment! After telling me NO TRANSACTION WILL GO THRU! US BANK ARE THIEFS!!

User's recommendation: AVOID US BANK AT ALL COSTS!

As of July 8th 2021, US Bank has officially closed my checking account but I have not received my cashier check from them. Today date is July 27th 2021, I have contacted US Bank numerous times regarding as to when was the cashier check mailed out. NO ONE from the bank...

Identity thieft

I was going thru my statement I had a lot of charges so I call the fraud department at us bank they said they put back $1.836 back in To my account .and was cleared and it wasn't my fault close my account so them they blocked my account they need to verify my identification so I send all I had .I lost my id and and social security so send them all I had birth certificate everything i had and my account is still close I am fixing to get evicted out of my apartment haven't pay rent in 2 months two months months

Unable to reach anyone helpful

Tried to get help with my debit card and was told it is not their problem that their name and phone number is linked to them. If you call 1 85* 282 ****, which is the number they tell you to call if you are experiencing an issue, it takes you to a survey and upon completion of said *** survey you get hung up on. *** poor customer service. Don't use a US Bank Reliacard because it's not US Bank

Consistently poor customer service

No matter how simple my request, from having a question to making a payment, what should be a little deal most always turns into a big deal, and time-consuming. Either I get someone on the phone who is not well informed and tries to punt answering the question or I am on hold for a fair amount of time only to be disconnected or my favorite one.... I get transferred to two or three departments only to have to start out at square one stating the reason for my call. Is it too much to ask an organization of this size to at least adequately handle the basics? get the basics

Please Please Please tell us you're in the 8th grade and don't know how to handle a checking account. If so, I apologize and suggest you ask your mom and dad for help.

If you're an adult, you're a dumpster fire who doesn't need a checking account. BANKING 101 requires YOU to know how much money you have on hand all the time. It's not a bank's job to tell you to stop being a fool and spending what you don't have. If you have $100.00, spend $99.00, common sense says you only have $1.00 left.

Your recommendations are stupid at best. NO ONE with any sense banks as you do. It's clear personal responsibility isn't your thing.

Oh wait, this is a JOKE...Sorry...I get it. Good one...

I want an apology and I want all over draft fees if there are any to be waived and then I want to close my account

Will NOT let me spend my money!

Card Declined is what I get, even though the money is in the bank. Try to reach them by phone and you almost 5 minutes of recordings and prompts before they tell you to call back and hang up on you. If people weren't FORCED to use them to be on unemployment they would no doubt be out of business. I cannot imagine anyone willingly subjecting themselves to this kind of horrific service.

Card is frozen

My account got blocked and I've sent in my identification three or four times already and they said they'd unblock my account by today and there's still no access too my money and I really need it for my rent payment please help fix this issue.

User's recommendation: Don't use US bank reliacard for your unemployment payments try getting a different prepaid debit card if you can because if you use the "reliacard" you're gonna have a lot of issues.

No customer service

I have asked for a paper trail since Oct 2020 and again in Dec again in Feb when they decided to tell me there is a now that I am charging you 2dollarsso I state yes. They said in two month you will get it April 22 was the date given. Still not here! Then I call to fill one after speaking to 3 different people and I was told to go back to the bank to fill a complaint. I can't wi believe you would do aallow a branch to fill there own complaint. I will be removing my money from your adventure common sense these things
