They put my unemployment on a card I have no access to. It's been lost I thought they would have send another card out.

Fraudulent charges

MYCREDIREPORT hasBeen charging my account $40 a month for the past four months I have been trying to stop it I cant figure out how Ive contacted you guys in the past and you said I had to do it on my end what can I do Im tired of losing $40 a month for something I didnt order

Pissed off

U.S bank has blocked my account ! Sent them ID verification and is still locked I need the money ! My bills need to get paid ! Theres a pandemic for crying out loud ! Took forever too speak to someone after 4 calls someone answered saying my account was still not verified ! People will hang up in your face to not help you with your problem *** business *** service do not use !!!!!

Ok how long ago did you submit your documents to verify your identity? There is a process to complete the verification...

And it doesn't happen overnight or because you demand it. If you're in a hurry go back to using money orders

Fraud

The problem right now is Im asked call him when I do and follow the directions I keep getting stuck in the stupid phone loop because I cant speak to a person

User's recommendation: After multiple attempts from a phone number and certain digits answered and this ridiculous phone loop that somehow your system recognizes what you are doing is wrong and that you need to just let this person speak to a person.

Someone in a city I am no where near went in with a fake deposit slip and WITHDREW over a $1000 WITH A DEPOSIT SLIP not a withdrawal slip!!! And now over a month later they are still refusing to return my money and giving me every excuse in the book...a retired guy on Social Security. And to top it off I had to close my original account and open another...

This bank is terrible

This bank expects customers to save their 3 year old card to use to receive benefits now!!! I would not recommend this company at all

Endless loop phone system, nobody cares-nobody answers-same *** clip (4 seconds long) of electronic instrument music. This outfit sucks

5 hours on the phone to resolve an insurance issue. Hangups detours, excuses blah blah blahavoidAvoid

Annoyed

US Bank takes too long to post a payment a check I mailed out on 3/24 did not post to the account until April 5th that is close to 2 weeks. I am trying to pay off this account. The amount of the check was 1000 Dollars, so they drew extra interest by holding the check another payment sent out on 3/31 has not posted yest. But every other payment I had made that day has.

Terrible service

Terrible service Im not one to usually write a bad review but unfortunately US Bank in Newberg Oregon is falling short. I have been in there several times as Ive owned a business in this community for many years and have done banking with US Bank over those years. The lobby has been closed since the beginning of the virus and has not reopened yet other banks in the area are open. When it takes 52 minutes to get through the drive-through thats not OK in my book. Shame on you US Bank.

Fraud

I called their customer service line to find out why I received a reliacard. The automated prompts are a pain to get through and then once I finally reached a woman named "Mary" she was rude and short. I'm obviously not happy about the potential fraud so I'm asking questions to be safe and see if they really need my info. To which she replied, "you called us". Wow. She cut me off and then after asking if I needed anything else abruptly hungup on me. I don't bank with US Bank and now, never will and will pull my parents account from them too.

Hold on money

They put a hold on me money I receive from unemployment. Just so happens to be all the money I have. No job and basically homeless due to Covid-19 and they put a hold on my cash and not one prior notice. Not very reliable to be called reliacard
