My husbands relia card has been locked since Nov 30 2020 we get hung up on and all different information we have sent hundreds of all documents requested we even went into a US bank branch had them send all the documents we got documents notarized, we keep being told they are not receiving, so you're telling me out over 100s litterly 100s of times we have sent I'd ssc birth certificate tax forms selfies we have sent everything 100s of times not one was read able why is there no way to talk with whoever is looking at these documents how could a US bank branch manager send these documents from their desk and still not be approved we call and get hung up on and the same run around we need our money it seems like there is no solution and us bank is hiring uneducated staff! We have contacted the local news staff we will get our money, and we will seek pain and suffering !
We have children to feed and Bill's to pay just like everyone else! Someone needs to do their *** jobber!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! We have contacted a lawyer and also BBB!
