Information on how Popmoney comes out of your;
I signed up to pay a weekly payment out of my US bank checking account. I live paycheck to paycheck not much left behind between paychecks.
I went to US.com where 2 years ago I signed up for a popmoney account on the US Website to have 115.00 come out weekly on a Thursdays when I get paid. I have many overdafts due the fact US bank only informed on there site it might 2 to 3 days to post. It was being pulled out of my account on a Monday and just yesterday I had 3 over drafts in one day because of US bank and popmoney taking my Money out on a Monday overdrawned: I dont know why you guys have me even brother to schedule the payments in the frist place if your not going to take money when I choose for you for it to come out.. You guys are taking money out of my 7 child months monthly this is not right and I have over 1000 dollars in overdraft fees in the last 3 months.
I will be turning US Bank on Line and In Hartville Missour Bank and Popmoney into to BBB,Consumer Affairs and gov.com and to the Federal government to request audit and for them to review my account and to help me get more than only 100 in fees back which doesn't help much I was hoping my Back would admit there mistakes and make it right. My Sister is an Auditor and she will be helping me with ,MR Dustin Lee Lathrom and Deana F Metzger.

Why have I put up with your *** for six years, because I didn't want to change bank accounts because I am rebuilding myself financially after a horrible divorce. But I am finally sick of you guys and all the *** that I have to put up with.
I don't ever remember banking being this difficult. I'm so pissed off I can't even bother with listing all the *** I've been through.
I don't want to be contacted by the company, because it's a suck *** waste of time. What are they going to do tell me for 10 minutes straight, that there sorry about the inconvenience?
Difficulty in closing my fathers account after his passing
Worst Bank Ever
They cancelled my debit card due to fraud. I asked them if doing this would mess up any pending transactions and THEY SAID NO!
THEY LIED! I had only disputed one transaction but two days later started receiving one letter after another where they had put a hold on transactions that I didn't dispute. It took them days to get that straight but now the next issue is there are merchants who are trying to issue refunds that can't due to the old card being no longer active. The merchant says one thing and US Bank has no clue.
When you call US Bank you end up being on hold for hours at a time! Then they have the nerve to ask you to complete a survey... I'm looking for a new financial institution as soon as I get this whole refund issue resolved!

Over charge fee s returned check ,In which In which for 2 weeks they did not accept my direct deposit While another bank it took 2 days.Customer service was great .Bank sucks rules over charge regulations .I keep getting people that want help several weeks nothing has been accomplished.I have never had a problem like this charging every 2 days another charge .As said I was their that morning of the check was going through No help on the banks side.Banks I have used in the past would work with you especially if you have direct deposit and checks going out.

Do not deposit cash into a US bank ATM machine!!!! It will malfunction and tell you to call for assistance where they will “submit a claim” that will take up to 45 days. Or sure I didn’t need that money anyways.
