I have for almost a month been trying to speak with a Representative in regards to receiving the new child support card that was supposed to be sent out on the first. The first time I called I was on hold for five hours waiting for a someone to answer me. The only way you can get any information is if they send you a card with your 16 digit number one did not receive the card they mailed it to the wrong address to have to wait 5 to 7 days before you can file to for a replacement card after you file a missing for this is child support and its *** ridiculous you cant get anyone to speak to you cant file it if it is stolen because you have to have the last four of your digit this program is stupid Ive been on hold now two times that Ive called for over an hour technology is supposed to be quicker and up-to-date doing the computer system its *** get a better program more than if you dont have the card youve never received the card how the *** are you supposed to put it in!!!
