According to the Us Bank help section, you should receive your card within 7-10 business days of being approved. A replacement card should be sent to the address on file 45 days before your existing card expires.
If you have not received your card, please contact your local U.S. Bank branch or customer service at 800 (872-2657).

Why did us bank put a hold on my card and not tell me?I went to my friends house to stay because of covid-19 i lost my job and my home. Went to the grocery and when I attempted to pay us bank had put a hold on my card to do a verification.

Not sure why they wouldn't do this when you first get your card but it denied my card. Not only was this embarrassing but now I have no access to any cash because it was all on the card. For something that is called reliacard well it's not very reliable. Now I'm stuck with no money and no where to get food.

I'm just very disturbed by the thought that they have done this to someone else. Sure glad I didn't have kids.

According to US Bank FAQs if your card was blocked or suspended you should contact US Bank customer service. Personal debit cards call at 800-309-4416. Business debit cards call at 800-673-3555. They'll review your account and help get your card working again.

Why is my card not working at all.

Where’s my card.

I tried to locate my card on the website and it said there’s no account for the info I gave. I did it 3 time to double check and still the same thing.

I even called to see and it said I had a balance. I really need that money and Idk where the card is.

I called Texas workforce commission many times to try and find out if the card was sent to the old address on file so I would like to know where is the card being mailed to and when can I expect it? Please and thank you

My unemployment money is available but card has issues.

Because they've probably froze your account for no reason like they done mine. Disputing a transaction called for offline fraud to flag my account and not unfreeze it until I fax in my info they want. I'm not doin it they had no right to take my money from me because that's exactly what they done. Obviously didn't want to reimburse the little 32 dollars I was disputing and would have rather kept the 196 dollars I have on my card away from me for doing so. Smfh Screw these jokes go set up a chase fee free online checking account and have your benefits loaded to your own bank account

How does it work for bank transfer from US bank to commonwealth bank australia?So I sold my watch to someone and she paid me via bank transfer from US Bank to my account in Australia, Commonwealth Bank. After that, I got an email notification said it was approved but on hold because I need to send my parcel first and confirm it again.
