Worst customer service !

They disabled by login in tells me to call a number so I did and the woman was THE WORST. Claims she was trying to help me but she was not able to which is fine but she was SUPER rude. I have several credit cards, sorry if I have no clue what the max limit is on each card. Sorry if I can't tell you exactly when and how much i paid or when I last used the card. I have been with the company for close to 20 years and this is how you treat a client. I already gave you my SSN, why not ask me my last address phone number, current address. Things that are more relevant. Oh and she claimed with a very sarcastic tone she "loved her job" eye-roll.

Absolute worst company.

This is absolutely the worst company. If you have the opportunity to use a different form of banking I would highly recommend that you do that. The customer service is horrible they were supposed to process my card in the same week it took them two weeks to process it and I still been waiting for weeks later for my card to come in the mail

I would like all charges regarding "bounced" checks taken care of ; I would like to be compensated for my time in dealing with the unsavory and unnecessary event.

Credit card review

I got my usbank credit card on the mail probably less than 6 months ago and offered me i think 12 months or 14 months without interest and balance transfer fee will be only 3%one time but after 2 months of using usbank starting charging me cash advance and interest. I will do my best to pay but never never to use usbank credit card anymore.

Dissatisfied with overall experience

Im receiving my Pa UC benefits loaded onto the US Bank Reliacard. Previously i arranged for the payments to load onto a different debit account i own. I figured i would let things be as is hesitant to attempt to switch accounts for payment deposits. Well i changed my mind tonight when yet again this entity has a hold on funds for preauthorization of a charge earlier in the day. Ive never had any other bank card pull this crap on me. Im done with these crooks

User's recommendation: Do everything in your power to have arranged fund deposits diverted to a different bank account.

Poor Customer Service

I was a victim of identity fraud and I received a letter from US Bank stating that an account had been open. I went to one of your locations in Chicago to inquire about this account and to be sure it's closed. I visited your Pullman Branch location ,1000 E 111th St MK-IL-7149, and spoke to a few people and finally spoke to Jada West-Bolds and NO ONE asked me to pull down my mask to confirm my identity. When I brought it to her attention she states that they don't do that inside, well where do you do it??? I will never put my money in there, they have no security measures in place that they follow.

In July 2021 my account which was in the US Bank on Lindell Blvd St. Louis MO was closed I never received a notification or reasons for the closure. This is now going on 6 months with no results.

$38179.13 was on deposit case 152321****60 a cashiers check was issued for 28769.13 on 11/8/21 a balance of $7410.00 has yet to be sent. I've texted, called the bank many times only to be told "nothing" the St. Louis Branch on Lindell Blvd has not been able to resolve this issue. What is my next step? Please give some directive on what will happen

No return phone calls, no statement for transaction

My mother is home bound, so she spoke to a teller on the 11th of November. She requested a statement confirming the requested transaction. The banker assured her one would be sent. To this day (Dec 2), no statement had arrived in the mail. My mother called 3x and left messages. No one has returned her calls. What happened to the money that she asked be transferred? Why arent her calls not being returned?

Highest interest rates I have seen for their credit cards....23% interest. !!!

Their interest rates on their credit cards start out low and after a few months the rates go up to above 23 %!! Very poor customer service....unfriendly staff. The U.S. Bank on Harlem and 87th is the worst of the branches. The bank that it replaced was much more welcoming and had much lower rates on their credit cards.

I lost my card

When I call I need to speak to a human. I had lost my debit card and was really scared that someone would find it and use it. I kept trying the non human and was getting nowhere. It wouldn't accept my pin number and I was getting more upset. I finally got the proper human and got it taken care of. But it took forever. Please get rid of the non humans. It's worthless. Thanks.

CALLED BANK TO DISCUSS PROBLEM WITH LOAN AND FIRST THREE TIMES I CALLED GOT PUT ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME BY A TELLER VERY RUDE AND OBVIOUSLY ANNOYED BY MY PHONE CALL.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST AT THIS BANK. TELLERS ARE RUDE AND ARE NO HELP. NOT SURE IF THEY ARE OVERWORKED OR WHAT BUT THEY DO NOT AT ALL SEEM HAPPY TO TALK TO YOU OR TO HELP YOU. I CALLED THREE TIMES ONE DAY AND WAS UNPOLITELY PUT ON HOLD ALL THREE TIMES. FOUR DAYS LATER PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED AND I DO NOT FEEL CONFIDENT IT WILL BE. WHEN I CALL TO GET AN UPDATE ALL I GET IS ATTITUDE. I'M GETTING A LITTLE WORRIED.
