Reduction in Credit

Wellington Corp CC PURE GARBAGE!!! I always make payments ON MY account. If I MISSED a Payment, where was the payment notification sent to me on my account or information on a payment coming due? You arbitrarily REDUCE my available funds on my corp CC??? That is pure garbage on US BANKS part to treat a great customer with such disdain! I will have to rethink keeping my corp accounts at your financial institution! I guess my $280,000 revenue per year is NOT that important to your bank! That is a pure BS move on the banks part!

Home mortgage

My aunt went to US Bank cause I referred her well we spoke with Joe Yates we weren't real sure on what we were gonna do so we wanted to talk to him and get the interest rates well my aunt is elderly so they need little explanation but any way I know US Bank as a great bank that my grandpa had a mortgage at I use to help my grandpa pay his mortgage so I talk to US Bank people alot I had the best service not n service

Poor service

I just got a notice that my local US Bank is going to discontinue my safe deposit box service is being discontinued. One of the reasons I use US Bank is to have a full service banking system. Not having a safe deposit box locally disrupts this service. I'm asking that the service be continued.

Deposit problem

I made a deposit from my coinbase account to my US Bank account 2 hours ago I made another appointment shortly thereafter They show completed by Coinbase the money has been sent It's been arrived at US Bank but US Bank has not credited it It has been 2 hours

User's recommendation: Deposits do not show up in a timely fashion transactions often do not occur in a timely fashion It is very difficult to know where you are with your balance and if ever you have a mistake rest assured they will charge you the maximum amount of overdraft fees.

Please Please Please tell us you're in the 8th grade and don't know how to handle a checking account. If so, I apologize and suggest you ask your mom and dad for help.

If you're an adult, you're a dumpster fire who doesn't need a checking account. BANKING 101 requires YOU to know how much money you have on hand all the time. It's not a bank's job to tell you to stop being a fool and spending what you don't have. If you have $100.00, spend $99.00, common sense says you only have $1.00 left.

Your recommendations are stupid at best. NO ONE with any sense banks as you do. It's clear personal responsibility isn't your thing.

Oh wait, this is a JOKE...Sorry...I get it. Good one...

Terrible service by Branch Manager in West Dundee, IL

I lost $318.64 because the Branch Manager and Vice President at US Bank in West Dundee is unreasonable. She treated me like dirt. She called the police on me because I "demanded" my money. I demanded nothing. I was unfailingly polite. She is the one who was demanding. Also the personal bankers (all of them) at the branch on Randall Road in Elgin, are rude, officious, arrogant and are know-it-alls. One in particular can't mind her own business and constantly interrupts. I don't recommend ever opening an account at US Bank - ever. You'll be very sorry, believe me. The branch manager in West Dundee called the police on me. A terrible, unprofessional and unbelievably rude bank.

Constant redoing password and constant we are to over loaded

I am so sick of this bank. One thing personnel in the local bank attitude sucks. Not help at the window. The *** hours 10-4 WTF is that? Also, the *** service online, constant having to redo my password and constant saying they are overloaded. I regret ever opening an account with this bank.it has been nothing but a real headache for the last 4 years.

The bank, refused to count coins.

US Bank - The bank, refused to count coins.
I had a few bucks in change, (less than $10), and decided to take it to my bank and trade it in for paper money. (Picture included). I was totally surprised when the branch manager said, he could not accept the coin, because he didn't have a machine to count it. I have done this before at times, but this is the 1st time I had a response like that. My question is, why is someone working as a teller in a bank, if they can't count a few dollars in change, without a counting machine? Wtf I have had my account for well over 30 years, but am seriously considering moving to bank that is staffed with people that can count money.

Company violated Covid 19’arrangement

US Bank - Company violated Covid 19’arrangement
advised they were resetting minimums to $0 for March and April 2020. I noticed this wasnt done for March and was told they were inundated with request rest assured account is properly notated they are just behind and would get fixed well never did went on my credit for March I paid it off in April completely on 28 days past due even though it was said to have been zero due and they still added a 30 day for April. Even despite the oversights what really made me a pissed customer is when Im sending them call logs proof of payment and they are still like what is it that you expect us to do and I have to reinvent the wheel to introduce common sense and somewhat decent service

Correction to credit for March and April 2020

Get your money out!

First I found out someone filed my unemployment and couldnt get through to them and am still waiting for response after sent several emails to them and my state rep trying to get through for me so I contacted reliacard to see if there was a card since I couldnt get into my unemployment account to see what was going on and there was After verifying who I was they stopped the card and told me the person blew threw all 15000.00 in two weeks and after going through disputes process they sent me a new card and refunded me in the ten days but then after eight days they froze my account and after going through trying to get ahold of them again with all the hours of waiting and disconnects they say three different things why that didnt make sense so talked to supervisor and she said bank audit a random 7000 people get picked and have to verify who they are due to all the fraud and will take 5-15 days after I send in info . Meanwhile I just did all this but they said was higher up not them so I sent it in and a few days later my account was unfroze but they only let me take 400$ max a day so I call them say Im trying to get a car and my account must of got messed up wont let me take more than 400.. she said thats the max per day Meanwhile this kid that just robbed me took out thousands a day not to mention before the freeze I took out more than 400 a day a couple times to get caught up on rent n etc. She said thats how its always been til I said that then says its a new policy, like get your *** straight people and you can not just hold my money if I want to take it all out I should be able too like send me a check or something this *** is ridiculous especially since I had to sell my car to get by when my kids got takin out of school and daycare and I had to stop working now I go to get one with money I paid into and is mine and have to take 499 a day for over a month to do so. Im telling you get your money sent to yourown personal REAL bank account or via check this company is a joke. I feel like Im being robbed all over again.

Issues with receiving a card

This is not a bank you want to do business with they use grey and vague terms to cover up their white lies over a period of 20 days i heard the same horse s*#% over and over again and still have yet to receive my reliacard lol DON'T USE THIS SERVICE
