Still waiting for them to contact my tx unemployment card and TMobile to reactivate my card is number is number 391036****

I have been working since 1999 never had this happened bought merchandise return merchandise for refund and been having to fax over original receipt

I had money in my account there but because I could not find my deposit receipt they took my money. They also threatened me if I said anything bad about them. The employees at the location I went to were very helpful and cooperative but were useless when I asked for something their bosses would not approve of. One employee just shrugged his shoulders. I am writing this in spite of the company threatening me if I said anything bad about them. shoulls

Consistently poor customer service

No matter how simple my request, from having a question to making a payment, what should be a little deal most always turns into a big deal, and time-consuming. Either I get someone on the phone who is not well informed and tries to punt answering the question or I am on hold for a fair amount of time only to be disconnected or my favorite one.... I get transferred to two or three departments only to have to start out at square one stating the reason for my call. Is it too much to ask an organization of this size to at least adequately handle the basics? get the basics

Reliacsrd card for my account was stolen in my back pack

My back pack was stolen with my card in it , it was never activated , and I needed it to be cancelled as well as replaced , and I also need to check my account balance

I have still not received a new reliacard. It seem as though there is a note attached to my File that says "hang up on him immediately" I have been hung up on by customer service reps and also customer service manager. This manager told me she was the highest person in this company I would be able to talk to then hung up on me . not once but twice.

Cant get my unemployment money

I am locked out of my account. There is no possible way to log in online or get through by phone. I'm screwed, really screwed today!use a different card for direct deposit of unemployment benefits

I'm dealing with the same thing... I called before I set up direct deposit asking if my account was okay and still active I had 4 different customer service ppl tell me my was...

my deposit finally went thru after waiting for months... went to atm.... card invalid. Went into branch and apparantly they closed my account few weeks ago.

No warning nothing.... so now they said cause of a returned deposit I have to WAIT even more for them to mail me a check for my balance that is currently available... after the fees and *** were paid for...

*** US bank. They should not be able to stop you from withdrawing YOUR OWN MONEY....

Loan processor Jackie L Crewse

Jackie was assigned to my loan processor and I am super super frustrated with her work. Either she doesn’t know what she is doing or she is just ignorant. Never ever follows up on any documents I send to her. No acknowledgement nothing. All on a sudden after 4 days coming back saying she needs 5diff things. She does not know how to deal with customers and also not at all flexibile. She is vey very adamant too in nature. Doesn’t care if her customer is happy or satisfied. Bank machine at Broadview rd, parma, oh, 44134

Withdrew $500.00 but what came out was $481.00; all in 20's but with a single dollar bill that needed to also be a $20. Explained story to bank, which ssid their records indicate no error on their part, so i am denied. Called for 2nd request to look into this, then receive 2nd letter stating that an error WAS found now & they will replace $ & am tryly sorry for this, well, why didn't you look into in correctly to begin with to not call me a lier; if i did not request a 2nd inquiry, would you have ever let me know that there was indeed an error?? This caused me more anxiety than the lousy $19.00 loss, could not believe a bank could not find an extra $19.00 in another pile at their branch, wow, but, they ARE SORRY, Ha
