Card replacement

Because they are incompetent.

We have a loan on a boat. We sold the boat. I called and got wire transfer instruction from them which state overages will be processed in 7-10 days. I had the buyer wire all the funds thinking anything over the payoff would be sent back to us. US bank returned the wire because it was not the exact amount. Now we have no boat and no money. I even called to make sure they got the wire transfer. You would think that someone from the bank would have called.

Reliacard customer service sucks

I got a reliacard in the mail even though I never filed for unemployment. I read how it's been a common complaint of being a victim of identity theft for unemployment. I need to find out what state authorized this card as someone filed with my information. I waited on hold over 2 1/2 hours only to be disconnected. I tried again and got an auto response saying they couldn't hear me. It's impossible to reach a live person. This is the worst customer service experience ever in my life by a longshot, worse is I still haven't gotten thru.

I had money in my account there but because I could not find my deposit receipt they took my money. They also threatened me if I said anything bad about them. The employees at the location I went to were very helpful and cooperative but were useless when I asked for something their bosses would not approve of. One employee just shrugged his shoulders. I am writing this in spite of the company threatening me if I said anything bad about them. shoulls

Get a different explanation every time you call about same issue

Representative told me i was so far ahead on payments that i could pay principal payments only for 10 months then interest would resume on the lower balance of loan. Today got statement nearly $500 in interest due for past 10 months. Each monthly statements said $0 interest owed but rep today says other rep was wrong! Can't trust what comes out of their months! wrong. Each

Not happy and the inability to get ahold of anyone

I get unemployment put on your reliacard and they have locked my card and if they don't unlock My card my child and I can't pay our rent And will be homeless which is BS because the money is there I'm just not allowed to use it.if my daughter and I get kicked out onto the street in I am going to go find a lawyer and am going to sue for everything that stems from me getting kicked out to the street

Poor service

I just got a notice that my local US Bank is going to discontinue my safe deposit box service is being discontinued. One of the reasons I use US Bank is to have a full service banking system. Not having a safe deposit box locally disrupts this service. I'm asking that the service be continued.
