Us Bank Check Deposit Review
Put my account on hold. Didn't notify me. Have talked to several different departments cannot get my paycheck deposited. Several hours on phone. Went to a branch finally where they promised to handle problem and call back. 3 days later problem hasn't been handled and I haven't received call back.

We have been trying to refinance our home for over 4 months now. They have lied, mislead, deceived, covered up for each other. They almost NEVER return phone calls and when they do all they say is that their sorry we feel this way, or there is nothing they can do. They are LIARS!!!! Every single one of them! Inept idiots running in circles covering for each others lies.
