My UI benefits were being loaded onto this relicard, what a farce for a name, things were going very well until I had a dispute over some charges. The clueless, rude, no empathy customer service representative will make more of a mess and confusion when they suggest that you cancel the card and get a new one, then after you receive the new card and are trying to make a purchase you learn that now the card is frozen until you the card holder proves you are you.

A third party affiliate has frozen your card and you can't access your money. Well time goes by and the next thing your money is taking off the card and is put on a covid-19 prepaid card.

What? The research department states that the money was taken by them from the dispute back 3 months ago was not in my favor

User's recommendation: Don't use the card for too long.

Monetary Loss: $123.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

US Bank Pros: No pro.

US Bank Cons: Customer service and lack of professionalism, Your emploees have different answers every time i call.
