I have a reliacard debit card I had no problems with it until.There was an unexpected unauthorized withdrawal from the card.I call and spoke to costumer service and they recommend that I shut down the card and they would send another.I agree.i wait to get my new card and well it comes in the mail and I try to activate it.I still can't get my card activated. And it's been going on for three or more months.They were not only rude and unsettled o.m.g.my high anxiety so much for caring and customer satisfaction.they treat you like your a villain.I have never been so humiliated by a institution of such. I call to have my assets protected from and by a federal for heaven sake a bank is somewhere you r supposed to have your funds safe and they are not supposed to hold out on releasing it to you I have tried to get the card unlocked but I'm not sure is happening but I got locked out of the web page to verify that I am me Jennifer Lewis and they don't want to talk to me when I call I get put on hold for a very very very long time and then I get hung upon have nothing good to say

Preferred solution: I would like to get my new card to work so I can use it and I would love to get notifications that the customers service representatives get a class on costumer service. .
