since april 2019 the online banking loses my login info
the make me go thru changing password over and over countless times every month.
i ha ve been to the bank begging assistance.
they make me go thru the password ch ange process
today alone i was on phone with online banking from
i till noon.
they are quite certain I cannot enter info right.
your computers insist my id is not in your system.
they say my ssn is bogus.
I am a 20 year customer and I am totally furious with your unresponsive customer service.
I have l.lost count of the dozens of times I have had to call and go to a bricks location.
also I am a senior with a cost free account.you recently have a new trick.you wait til I have paid all my bills and leave a five dollar cushion in the account.
then you bank sharks have starting billing me for paper statement and banking fee on my account. knowing full well I have a cost free account.Inmeantime
I get charged overdraft that hits my charge account.
you are so slick a day after I have been robbed you refund the charge.so I am paying interest on that shark tank trick from now until Jesus returns or I die or pay off you have a slick way of robbing seniors.
You will be held accountable merwhen Jesus returns.
Shame on you.Bank sharks.
